emkon. CUBO Tin Line – our new weighing and filling system for tobacco tins
Our latest and powerful development for weighing and portioning of tobacco is called emkon. CUBO Tin Line. We have technically optimized a proven system from our product range and are achieving triple speed with a new control software.

Our emkon. CUBO combines three of our tobacco weighers into one unit. A new software coordinates the processes of the trio and ensures a smooth production. Each tobacco weigher can produce at full speed and fills up to 45 units per minute. The emkon. CUBO has an overall performance of 130 fillings per minute.

The cut tobacco is divided into small portions, weighed and filled into a specified grammage. To achieve improved cycles, we have simplified components and shortened filling processes. The conveyor belts are equipped with servo-controlled drives that ensure gentle and flowing movements. After filling the still open tobacco tins nearly don't lose any material because there are no abrupts stops and bends anymore.

We have split the weighing and filling stations of the emkon. CUBO into two modules and mounted them on solid frames. Thus, the sensitive weighers are not disturbed anymore by vibrations of the filling modules – faulty weighings and breakdowns are minimized.

By the compact modular design, the emkon. CUBO is a truly space-saving machine – therefore it can also be integrated into existing plants. The dust formation is reduced to a minimum by the closed components of the machine. Leaking tobacco is caught and turned back into the production process. A special highlight is the control system. It is no longer needed to change a molded part or tool kit when changing for changing the quantity of tobacco. The input in the control system will do. The emkon. CUBO fills the desired quantity into every desired tin format.
