"Above all, I have expected that one learns a lot in the apprenticeship for the future career. Now, in retrospect, that has definitely come true."

Meet us at the educational fair in Verden in September or at the fair of the BBS Rotenburg in November. We look forward to talk to you about all the exciting apprenticeship possibilities at emkon.
Right before the start of the apprenticeship, our trainers and “current” trainees meet with the new trainees at a barbecue get-together. An ongoing tradition at emkon. where we welcome our new team members.
Apprenticeship successfully completed: Finn and Franzi will stay as industrial mechanic and technical product designer at emkon. We wish you all the best for your future challenges at emkon.
Our apprentice mechatronics engineers Finn und Julian built a mechatronical system for the first part of the AP 1 exams. They mastered the task meticulously and with a lot of fun (obviously). This project successfully completes the first half of their apprenticeships. Keep it up!
Again, our trainees will start with a joint social project – the idea has proven its worth. In the past they manufactured a soapbox for the kids’ fire brigade, wooden games for a seniors’ residence or constructed animal stalls for the animal shelter (e.g.). These projects made it easier to get to know each other, strengthened the team spirit and were fun for everybody. Ideas for future projects can be addressed to Mr Kai Rosebrock (Head of Training Department) kro@emkon-system.de
It is a great pleasure and motivation for us to answer all questions regarding training and emkon. for every inquisitive fair visitor. At our booth we will show self-designed technical gadgets. We look forward to meeting you personally!

We believe in the team, because that is the basis for our success.
So that our new apprentices can experience the “team feeling,” we are starting the new apprenticeship year with a team-building event straight away. This is a social project that is different every year and as diverse as our apprentices themselves. The goal is to do something good, get to know each other, and to work as a team – from planning to completion. A few projects from last year were: building soap box cars for the Kirchlinteln youth fire brigade (Feuerwehrfüchse), games for a nursing home, stables for the Verden animal shelter. Similar events take place throughout the apprenticeship program.
Our apprentices look forward to customer visits, factory tours, missions at the nature conservancy (NABU), visits to the climbing park, games without limits,...
An internship doesn’t only offer many advantages for the intern, but also for us as a company.
Interns:
Receive direct insights into the company
Receive concrete ideas for your desired apprenticeship
Have the opportunity to become familiar with different apprenticeships
Develop perspectives beyond the apprenticeship
Get to know the team
Advantages for Emkon:
Get to know promising young talents early on
We are able to convey our concepts of cooperation
Time to get to know the interns/future apprentices personally
We offer year-round internships. Just get in contact with us! There is much to be said about it!
We offer open-minded and team oriented people, an interesting field of work, as well as creative freedom and development opportunities. A focused training will be accompanied and conducted by us. If you like the challenge of a dynamic team and want to take on responsibility, we look forward to your compelling application to our job vacancies (include desired salary).
