Our production is continuing, and we are, as a reliable partner, at the side of our valued customers, suppliers and business partners. This exeptional situation affects the whole world. Therefore, we clearly have to modify our processes. We are doing everything we can to minimize the impacts on our procedures and supply chains.
We adopted significant measures in order to provide the best possible protection for you and ourselves. In the current situation, we are all asked to reduce social contacts. Meetings on site are rearranged with conference calls and other online services and inhouse face-to-face meetings are avoided also. Our employees are temporary doing home office. All requests will be handled as quickly as possible. They are available as usual by phone or e-mail.
Even our Customer Service Team has adapted themselves to the changing circumstances. Many manufacturing companies have already restricted the access to the factory premises for external persons – and have now mostly suspended it – we have reacted: Due to our multichannel services you can still get in contact with us at a distance: Send us a message via the WhatsApp Business Service, benefit from our Smart Support tool or from the opportunity of our Call-Back-Service or use our remote maintenance service. We are digitally well-positioned to support you also from a distance.
